Leadership Development Institute

Terrell Holmes, MS, is an organizational development consultant who believes that insight and communication are the key drivers of change. He worked with marketing and technology organizations for over a decade, where he observed patterns in problematic communication and challenging relationships. Inspired by the toxic behaviors he witnessed in his previous roles, Terrell committed himself to develop positive workplaces. Now he empowers leaders through coaching, connects teams through group facilitation and skill-building, and inspires systemic change through organizational transformation.

Terrell uses the most current evidence-based practices to create real-world impact. He has shared his expertise on change management and behavior with clients such as eBay, Kaiser Permanente, Kongregate, and HTA Consulting. Terrell also works as an Interpersonal Dynamics facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), a peacebuilding consultant, and volunteers with Contra Costa County Courts as a court mediator.
