Robert brings to his coaching a robust three-decades of senior-level corporate and industry leadership experience. He has embraced coaching as part of his management and leadership approach for the better part of a decade, first discovering coaching as a client, then becoming an in-demand coach himself. Today, individual and team coaching is a significant part of Robert’s work.

Robert’s typical client is a successful professional who has a strong interest in becoming a next-level leader, and/or who needs help getting un-stuck. And, most importantly, is one who comes to coaching willingly.

Robert’s coaching unfolds through a disciplined focus on unlocking what is already inherently in his clients, whether that be strengths, direction, answers and so on. His clients set the destination; Robert helps with the navigation. And while he does focus on coaching the whole person, he does not offer life-coaching, instead focusing on helping his clients be their best professional self.
