Prior to working as an Executive Coach, Jeff worked with professional athletes on the mental and behavioral aspects of peak performance and incorporates this work into his coaching.
Additionally, Jeff was part of a 10 year research project where he led work groups in the behavioral modification of the Type A Behavior Pattern through Mt. Zion Hospital in San Francisco.
Jeff has post graduate degrees and certifications in Counseling/Psychology, Team Coaching, The Leadership Versatility 360 Tool and the Hogan Suite of Assessments. .

Karen Cooley, Principal and Executive Coach
Karen Cooley has over 20 years experience consulting and coaching senior-level executives at both Silicon Valley startups and Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise ranges from employee and team performance to executive leadership assessment and development. Karen’s exceptional understanding of the impact of leadership styles, team dynamics and corporate cultures leads executives of companies to seek out her feedback and trust her perspective. Karen’s primary focus and work currently is centered around being a thought partner to female leaders and executives.

David Cooley has been an Executive Coach with LDI since September 2001. His client list includes E! Entertainment, Synopsys, the Walt Disney Company, Gilead Sciences, the IMAX Corporation, L.A.’s Metrolink and Lumend Technologies. His background also includes five years as a Career Coach and trainer for an international career consulting firm and more than seven years as an award-winning Career Coach for UCLA Anderson School of Management’s full-time MBA program.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, David worked for more than 10 years as a Public Relations Professional with top executives and senior-level management for international companies including Sony Pictures Entertainment and Vivendi Universal Interactive Publishing North America.
He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a certification in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is certified in Executive Coaching by the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California.
